Report of the 2nd board meeting of 2021
On May 2, the Foundation for Mongolian Culture (MUSS) held its 2nd board meeting of fiscal year 2021.
After award ceremony for board members (Mr. Tamjav, Ms. Gerel and Mr.Batdelger) who hugely contributed to the development of MUSS during fiscal year 2020, the board members discussed and exchanged opinions on further promotion of activities of MUSS and future development of MUSS.
Regarding the planned activities of MUSS in fiscal year 2021 discussed at the 1st board meeting, Dr.Munkhbaatar, president of MUSS, reported the progress of preparation works for upcoming seminars which will be held in May, June and July 2021 (the activity (a) as below). The board members also discussed the necessity of adjustment of activities of MUSS in fiscal year 2021 and fund raising for MUSS scholarship taking into consideration of COVID-19 status.
The main activities of MUSS in fiscal year 2021 are shown as below.
(a) Career guidance seminars for Mongolian students in Japan
- To be held three times on different themes
(b) Recruiting and award ceremony of 2021 MUSS Scholarship
- Will be held as usual (the details will be discussed at the next meeting).
(c) 2021 MUSS Academic Conference
- Will be held by December 2021 (the details will be discussed at the next meeting).
